Description
Whole beef tongue from USDA Prime Angus cattle. A specialty cut with rich flavor that becomes tender when slow-cooked or pressure-cooked.
Works well for Lengua tacos, braised tongue, boiled tongue, or sliced cold for sandwiches. After cooking, peel and discard the outer skin before slicing or shredding.
