Refund & Return Policy Effective Date: March 18, 2026
We stand behind every order that leaves this ranch. If something isn't right, we'll make it right, with a one-time replacement of the affected item(s).
Because we're shipping fresh, perishable beef and pork, we don't accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Every order is processed and packed to arrive in peak condition. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Eligibility for Replacement
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Photo evidence of the product and packaging is required to process a claim.
- Replacements are issued once per order for the specific item(s) in question.
- Requests outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.
How to Request Support
Reach out with the following:
- Full name and order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the affected product and packaging

Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or thawed due to a courier delay, contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with the carrier and replace affected items where appropriate.
Exclusions
- We don't accept returns on perishable goods.
- We're not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- We're not responsible for missed delivery attempts or packages left unrefrigerated after delivery.
