FAQS

Got questions? Good. Here's what folks ask us most.
  • All meat is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and flash-frozen before shipping. We ship frozen in insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure your beef arrives fresh-frozen and ready for your freezer.

  • Our beef comes from cattle we raise right here on our ranch in southern Mississippi, on the banks of the Bogue Chitto River. When demand exceeds our ranch capacity, we source from a verified partner ranch in Missouri that uses identical practices. Both operations raise registered Black Angus cattle the same way: grass-fed and grain-finished, no hormones, no antibiotics. Same standards, same transparency, personally verified.

  • No. We never use added hormones or antibiotics. Our cattle are raised on grass and grain-finished with whole ingredients. Clean beef, raised right.

  • Our cattle take 18-24 months to raise vs. 12-14 in feedlots. They need more land, we use smaller processors, and we don't use hormones or antibiotics. You're paying the real cost of raising beef right, with complete transparency about where it came from.
